Daily Usage Instructions

• Avoid contact with sharp objects, hardware, or knives that could scratch the fabric. Do not drag the product on rough or gravelly surfaces.

• Keep away from open flames and high temperatures. Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods. (Recommended for use at temperatures above 0°C).

• This product is not a lifesaving device. Do not use it as a flotation device in water.

• Do not place the inflated mattress with the air valve tightened in a confined space at high temperatures, to prevent damage from internal air expansion.

• When charging the included air pump, ensure the product is dry and free from moisture or water ingress. If used continuously for inflation for more than 5 minutes, it is recommended to pause for a moment to allow the pump to cool down before resuming use.

• When not in use, store the air pump in a dry, indoor environment, protected from moisture and dampness.

• The main material of this product is PVC, which has thermal expansion/contraction and stretch properties. In cold regions or environments, it is recommended to first take the product out and allow it to naturally unfold before inflating. Check for any cracks or air leaks before use. If any issues are found, do not use the product.

• Do not allow minors to use this product unsupervised to avoid risk of suffocation or injury from improper use.

Daily Maintenance & Care

• For a newly purchased inflatable mattress, it is recommended to inflate it and let it sit for 8 to 12 hours before initial use. This allows the internal straps and seams to undergo a necessary settling-in process. During the first 2 days of use, avoid over-inflating or filling it excessively beyond the pump's recommended duration or capacity.

• After multiple uses, the mattress might feel slightly slack after inflation. This is normal and not a product defect, caused by the material's natural stretch. Simply add more air until the desired firmness is achieved, being careful not to over-inflate.

• For single-person use, the mattress can be inflated more firmly. For two-person use, release a small amount of air for optimal comfort. Be mindful of temperature changes due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction.

• Store away from fire sources and high heat. Avoid damp environments to prevent mold growth. Store out of reach of children after packing.

• The material of this product is easy to clean, waterproof, and leak-proof. For routine cleaning of dirt, gently wipe with a damp cloth or soapy water. Do not use abrasive brushes or clean in a washing machine.

Dimensions & Odor Notes

• As this product is made from PVC material, which has stretch and thermal expansion/contraction properties, the dimensions of a new, unused product are the closest to the standard specifications. Slight variations (typically 2cm-4cm) may occur due to different measurement methods. This is normal and not considered a defect or quality issue, and is not covered by returns or repairs.

• After multiple uses or over time, the length, width, and height of the product may increase slightly compared to initial use. The specific variation depends on the inflation level, frequency of use, and the load applied.

• Our products use environmentally friendly materials. However, as they are made from PVC, and due to ink printing and sealed packaging, a slight odor upon unboxing is normal. Simply place the product in a well-ventilated area for 2-3 days, and the odor will dissipate naturally.
