Our Commitment to Quality
At OUTAFUN, we are committed to providing our customers with reliable outdoor leisure products. We understand the importance of durability and functionality for your outdoor experiences. As part of our brand promise to our customers and consumers, we provide a limited warranty for a specified period starting from the date you receive the product.
【Warranty Coverage】

Air Pumps: 1-year warranty. This includes: integrated air pumps for mattresses, sofas, and tents; external handheld air pumps; high-pressure air pumps.

Propeller Motors: 1-year warranty for the complete motor unit (the included lithium battery is covered by a 6-month warranty).

Inflatable Furniture: 6-month warranty. This includes inflatable mattresses, inflatable sofas, and car inflatable beds.

Inflatable Tents: 1-year warranty. Coverage includes fabric, rainfly, support poles, air beams, and the integrated air pump.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified warranty period.
a) Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.
b) Materials & Components: Failure or damage to inner materials, fabric, zippers, and other accessories due to normal use.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
a) Normal Wear and Tear: Including minor scratches, scuffs, creases, fading, or natural aging from regular use.
b) Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by improper use, storage, or maintenance.
c) Unauthorized Modifications: Any alteration, disassembly, or reassembly of the product not authorized by us.
d) Accidental Damage: Includes, but is not limited to, cuts, burns, punctures, or damage caused by animals.
e) Dimensional Variations: Issues arising from overuse, exceeding weight capacity, over-inflation, inconsistent measurement methods, or manual stretching/deformation.
【Warranty Conditions】
Our warranty service only covers non-artificial damage or defects. For damage determined to be caused by customer misuse or handling, we may offer paid repair services.
【How to Make a Warranty Claim】
To utilize our warranty service, please contact Customer Service at service@outafun.com and provide the following information:
a) Proof of Purchase: Valid order number or receipt from an authorized retailer.
b) Evidence of the Issue: Clear photos and/or video, along with a detailed written description of the defect.
c) Product Packaging: Ensure the product is clean and includes all original packaging, user manuals, warranty cards, and the product box/case if applicable.
Interpretation Rights: OUTAFUN reserves all rights to interpret and define the terms of this product warranty policy.
