Ordering and Payment

Have you found the items you want to order on our website? Ordering and paying on Outafun is very simple and secure. You can register an account and place the order directly. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation message.

Step 1: Select and Order Products
Click the "Order" button next to the product to add the selected item to the shopping cart. Once all the products are added to the shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon. Then click the "Go to Shopping Cart" button to enter the shopping cart overview page. Confirm that all the information is correct, and then click the "Continue Ordering" button.

Then you will complete the three steps of the ordering process.

Step 2: Delivery and Billing Information
In the second step of the ordering process, you need to fill in your personal information and indicate the delivery address for the order. You can place the order for both individual customers and business customers.

In the billing address field, fill in the detailed information of the person receiving the invoice. The "Billing Address and Delivery Address are the Same" checkbox at the bottom of the page will be automatically checked. This means that your order will be automatically sent to the billing address. If you want the order to be sent to another address, please uncheck this checkbox and then you can fill in the delivery address.

Then select the payment method. You can choose "Direct Payment" or "Place Order with Invoice". In the latter case, you will receive the invoice by email, and the order will be confirmed after payment.

Shipping Method
Our packages are shipped by FedEx or UPS.

Step 3: Review the Order
In the last step of the ordering process, we will ask you to carefully check all the information. Did you order the correct quantity and products? Are the invoice and delivery address correct? If all is correct, click the pink button "Submit Order", and then you will be redirected to the payment page.

Step 4: Payment Method
You can make payments through various payment methods. We offer the following payment methods: 
· Credit card
· PayPal

Please select the payment method you prefer. After placing the order, you will be directly redirected to the payment pages for credit card and PayPal.

Order and Delivery Confirmation
After placing the order, you will receive the order confirmation almost immediately. If you chose "Payment with Invoice" as the payment method, we will also send you an email to facilitate the payment process.

Modify or Cancel Order
Address entry error, ordered the wrong product or repeated the order? This could happen to you! Please contact us immediately by calling +86-400-887-1966 or via WhatsApp +86 13360642289. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can modify or cancel it for you.
