Cancellation Policy
[Before Shipment]: To cancel an order, please contact us at service@outafun.com before the order has been shipped. Submitting a cancellation request before shipment does not guarantee successful cancellation. If the order is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.
[After Shipment]: We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please wait for the order to be delivered and contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return. Refusing a shipped shipment or not following the return process may result in the item being lost in transit or rejected at the logistics warehouse, potentially leading to an inability to receive a refund or replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 6-month free return and exchange policy for all B2B wholesale and distributor clients. Clients can apply for a free return or exchange for any products (including items and accessories) that are broken or damaged upon receipt and cannot be used normally, excluding damage caused by human error by the client. The timeframe is calculated from the actual date the client receives the goods. We do not cover international return shipping costs.

Customers can apply for a free return or exchange for any products (including items and accessories) that are broken or damaged upon receipt and cannot be used normally, excluding damage caused by human error by the customer. [Return Conditions]: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. If the return or exchange is due to reasons attributable to you, the customer, you will be responsible for all associated shipping and courier costs. The specific costs should be determined by the logistics or courier company you select. For returned items that show signs of use, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
[Proof for Return]: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, the purchasing customer must provide us with clear photos and/or video evidence, along with a written description, demonstrating the defect. Upon receiving your quality claim or return request, we will assess, verify, and respond within 48 hours regarding the approval of your application. [Order Information]: Returns and exchanges require you to provide the complete order number and proof of purchase.
[Order Tracking]: We are currently unable to automatically receive tracking updates for returns from our logistics partners. Therefore, we kindly request your assistance in contacting your chosen shipping service to obtain tracking information. Please provide us with the tracking number after you dispatch the return item. Once we receive the returned product, we will process it promptly and arrange your refund based on the actual condition of the item (please note we do not cover the shipping costs from your location to the carrier).
Special Notice for International Orders (Shipping from China)
For international or cross-regional orders shipped from China, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a genuine quality issue with the product. In such cases, any associated costs and losses will be the responsibility of the consumer. We appreciate your understanding and support regarding the high costs and complexities of international logistics.
However, the air pumps and propeller motors included with our products come with a 1-year free warranty or replacement policy. This covers core components like air pumps, propeller motors, and included lithium batteries (excluding damage caused by misuse or human factors).
Refunds
[Eligibility]: Items must be in new, unused, original condition. A restocking fee may apply if the product is not in its original state.
[Processing Time]: Within 3 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
