Order Changes & Cancellations
Before Shipment:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request modifications or cancellation by contacting us at service@outafun.com We will do our best to assist you.
After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel your order, you will need to submit a Return or Exchange Request after receiving the item. Please refer to the “Returns & Exchanges” section of our Refund Policy for detailed conditions.
Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@outafun.com We will make every effort to update the address before shipment. However, once the package has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible, and we cannot guarantee successful modification.
Any additional costs resulting from an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Failure to correct an inaccurate address may result in loss or non-delivery of the package. OUTAFUN is not liable for such issues.
Shipping Regions & Order Fulfillment
Please be aware that all OUTAFUN products are shipped from mainland China. This means that your order involves cross-border transit, which may lead to higher shipping costs and longer delivery times.
The exact freight charges depend on the shipping method you choose and the logistics provider’s pricing. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Delivery speed, transportation method, and available carriers may vary, and we cannot make any guarantees regarding shipping performance.
Duties & Taxes
OUTAFUN covers part of the customs duty—specifically, the duty incurred from mainland China to the destination country/region.
Any additional import taxes, destination duties, or other customs-related fees required by your local authorities will be the responsibility of the customer.
